About Karnataka Sangha
Our story, our mission, and the people who make Karnataka Sangha Ahmedabad a home away from home.
A Legacy of Culture, Unity & Service Since 1975
Karnataka Sangha Ahmedabad is the premier Kannada cultural organisation in Gujarat. Founded in 1975, we celebrate Karnataka's rich language, art, music, cuisine, and traditions. Through cultural events, social welfare, and community networking, we keep the flame of Kannada identity burning bright among Kannadigas settled in Ahmedabad.
From its humble beginnings in 1975 with a handful of Kannadiga families in Ahmedabad, Karnataka Sangha has grown into a vibrant organisation representing over 5,000 members across Gujarat. Today, we stand as a symbol of Kannada pride, cultural preservation, and community solidarity in the heart of Gujarat.
We believe that no matter how far from Karnataka, a Kannadiga should always feel the warmth of home — and that is the promise Karnataka Sangha Ahmedabad has honoured for over 51 years.
